NURTURE YOURSELF

When your baby is born, so are you as a mother.

The message pregnant mamas are often given is that pregnancy is the race and birth is the finish line.

But what if pregnancy was only the warm-up, birth was the start line and motherhood the real journey we needed to prepare for?

Here is where the NuaNua Field Guide for Expectant Mums steps in.

A simple online course designed to help you prepare for your fourth trimester and the beginning of your motherhood journey!

The tools and skills you need to prepare for your journey into the rollercoaster adventure that is motherhood

When you are pregnant it can be hard to wrap your head around the fact that soon your bump will be a baby, or to imagine what that will be like !?

Focus tends to be on what baby will need and what YOU are going to need and how YOU are going to feel often falls very far down the list.

Coupled with that you might be feeling anxious about how lockdowns and social isolation are going to impact life with a newborn.

As a mum of three I know first-hand what both a supported and restful postpartum can feel like and how difficult and isolating an unsupported and unprepared for fourth trimester can be.

I created the NuaNua Field Guide for Expectant Mums as a practical way to help you and your new family prepare for and be as supported as possible during this massive transition in your lives, be it for the first, second or third time!

Your questions

I am already doing a local antenatal course, what’s different about this course?

Antenatal classes provide you with valuable information on pregnancy and birth. They will also usually offer you some practical information on becoming a parent-baby changing, suggested routines, etc.

The NuaNua Motherhood Field Guide is completely different. It is about deciding to approach your postpartum period in a very different way. It is about embracing rest and stillness, building your village, nourishing yourself with good food and lots of support. I like to think of it as helping you to build a safety net that will be there to catch you when you have one of those inevitable wobbly days.

I’ve never done an online course before, how does it work?

It’s very simple. Once you sign up you get instant access to the NuaNua Motherhood Field Guide learning area with your own unique user name and ID. From there you can watch all of the course content at your leisure – on your phone, desk top or tablet.

How long does the course take to complete?

The course composes of approx. 3 hours of recorded materials plus the live calls. Whilst most people complete the course during the live week you do have lifetime access to the content to return to at any stage. This is especially useful when it comes to the supportive NuaNua Sanctuary resources which you can use during your fourth trimester recovery.

How long do I have access to the course for?

You have lifetime access to the course, including any updates or bonus material that is added over time.

At what stage in my pregnancy should I take this course?

You can take the course at any stage of your pregnancy, but I’ve found that most mamas start it as they enter their third trimester.

I have just one more question

Send an email to [email protected] and I’ll get back within 48 hours

Ready to Get Started?

So many new mums I work with tell me they wish they had found me sooner, understood the real journey that they were about to embark on, trusted themselves more.

If you are an expectant mama, this is the gift you can give yourself. Your baby doesn’t need a fancy new buggy, they need a happy, supported YOU.

All of The NuaNua Field Guide for Expectant Mum’s premium content, plus the many additional supports and resources are available for you now for just €79.

*If you feel the course was not what you expected, you can apply for a full refund within the first 14 days after purchase, no questions asked. Find more information in our Terms.
