cycles & rhythms
We are designed to live with the cycles and rhythms of nature. These cycles and rhythms exist both in the world around us and within each of us. So too do each of the Five Elements exist within us all. And when one Element is out of balance, we can become unwell.
-
root causes
During treatment, rather than focussing solely on your presenting physiological problem, I work with your body to find the energetic root causes of imbalance, harmonise this energy flow and support your body to reconnect to its own remarkable ability to heal.
-
symptoms
Clients regularly attend my clinic when trying to conceive, on fertility & IVF journeys, for IBS & digestive complaints, back pain, sciatica, stress, anxiety, migraine, low energy, menstrual cycle regulation, preparing for birth, labour induction & for post partum support.

Nature does not hurry,
yet everything is accomplished.

I am working to help your body to find balance and equilibrium, and so there is potential to heal many issues with treatment. I frequently work with men and women on a fertility journey, treat stomach issues, stress, anxiety, depression, back pain, migraines, skin issues, menstruation difficulties, menopause and much more. At its heart, I aim to have those who visit me feel happier in their own skin.

Our first treatment together lasts for 2 hours. During this I’ll listen to what is going on for you, do a full case history and physical exam and give you your first treatment. All subsequent sessions last 1 hour.

Everyone is different, but expect to come weekly for the first 3 or 4 sessions, and then we begin to spread out. Once we’ve started seeing substantial improvement, many patients continue to see me every 6 weeks or so as a way of maintaining equilibrium in their lives.

I am registered with all major Irish health insurance companies. If your plan covers acupuncture (and most do now), I am happy to provide you with receipts so that you can make a claim.
